With roots in Kongsberg, this was a natural place to start the small family business. We opened our doors in April 2016 and look forward to continue the journey with you

The Joy Of Good Food & Inspiration
We love to eat food, drink good drinks and must we not forget we love to travel. And when we travel there is one thing that is the main focus and that is to find new flavors. And we always want to share the flavors we find with you. The menus are therefore composed of exactly this, flavors we like. But of course with a bistro touch.
Big & Small Occations
Common to many occasions is that you gather over a good meal. Big and small celebrations such as birthdays, weddings or simply that you want to get together in a busy life. Great hall: 60 people
Small hall: 40 people
The Team
The family itself consists of dad Alex, mum Anne-Karin, daughter Marlene & the truffle dog Bistro Børre. The rest of the bistro gang are Ketil, Manuel, Nadine & Mikkel in the kitchen. In service we find Tuva, Julianne, Susann.
